Noida builder comparison: On-time delivery reality check

Noida mein, I've seen builders promising the moon, but delivery is always late. Supertech's track record is especially bad from my experience. Amrapali toh gaya. Gaursons is slightly better, but still delays happen. I've heard good things about Godrej's on-time record, but their prices are high. Anyone else faced similar delays? Is it worth paying extra for Godrej just for timely possession? Tell me your experiences. I'm confused. Hope this helps someone.
