Builder deadlines are becoming a joke, especially with all the infra hype. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, looking for a 3BHK. Mahagun's project in Sector 150 got delayed by over a year. They keep promising Jewar Airport benefits, but possession kab milegi? My EMI is running. Anyone else facing such delays? Kya karein?

It's a tough situation for first-time buyers. My advice would be to do thorough due diligence, not just on the project but on the builder's past track record. Check their completed projects, talk to existing residents if possible. Jewar Airport hype is real, but don't let it cloud your judgement on immediate possession. Aur agreement mein penalty clauses properly check kar lena, sometimes they are one-sided. It's better to be safe than sorry, even if it means waiting for a RERA-registered project with a good history.
Noida Extension mein bhi same haal hai. Ajayabpur side projects mein bhi delays chal rahe hain. Builders bas booking leke ghoom rahe hain.
Yeh Jewar airport ka promise kab tak chalta rahega? Har builder bas yahi bol ke nikal jata hai. RERA sach mein kuch karti bhi hai kya? Ya bas ek formality hai? I'm thinking of booking in a new project but these stories make me so scared.
RERA ne mere ek friend ko relief dilwaya tha, but usko bahut follow-up karna pada. Builder ko penalty bhi lagi thi. So, it works, but you need to be persistent. Don't expect instant results, it's a legal process after all.

Koi Mahagun Mywoods mein booked hai kya? Kya status hai wahan ka? Price toh bahut high hai, but delivery ka koi bharosa nahi.
Mahagun Mywoods ka suna hai, same story. Mera ek relative Alpha II Commercial Belt mein ek project mein booked tha, wahan bhi 1.5 saal delay hua. Noida mein yeh common ho gaya hai. Current market conditions bhi aisi hain ki buyers pehle se hi stressed hain, upar se yeh delays. Investors toh nikal gaye, ab end-users phans gaye hain.
Builders ki to aadat ho gayi hai ab, har project delay karte hain. Koi accountability nahi.
Haan, Mahagun Mywoods mein mera cousin booked hai. Unka bhi delay ho raha hai. Builder ne bola tha ki 2023 end tak mil jayega, ab 2024 end ki baat kar rahe hain. Bahut frustration hai wahan bhi.
Bhai, totally agree! Meri bhi jaan nikal rahi hai. I booked a 2BHK in Sector 78 and the builder keeps delaying. Every time I call, they have a new excuse – sometimes it's raw material, sometimes labour shortage. Mera EMI chal raha hai aur kiraye ka ghar bhi. Kya karein, samajh nahi aa raha?
Exactly! Humara bhi same haal hai. I booked in a project near Alistonia Estate, builder ne 3 baar possession date badal di. Ab toh lagta hai Jewar Airport ka naam leke sab builders bas time pass kar rahe hain. Meri savings bhi khatam ho rahi hain aur mental stress alag. Bahut tough situation hai yaar, RERA bhi itna effective nahi lagta jab builder powerful ho.
Haan, RERA mein complaint daalna toh theek hai but process bahut slow hai. Mera friend Alpha I Greater Noida mein booked tha, usko 2 saal lag gaye RERA se order nikalwane mein, aur phir bhi builder ne ignore kiya. Court jaana pada last mein.
Same pinch! RERA mein complaint daalo, that's the only way to put pressure. Aur kuch option nahi dikhta ab toh.
