Since last year I've been chasing possession. Supertech promised everything, OC toh door ki baat hai. Actual carpet area bhi advertised se kam nikla. I work in real estate but this is crazy. Anyone else facing Supertech delays and hidden charges? Kya karein?

Noida authority ko bhi complaint karo. They are supposed to oversee these projects, but they are often useless.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and gym, still not functional after 3 years.
RERA registration number check karo. See if it's still valid and if there are any violations reported against them.
My lawyer told me to send a legal notice. That sometimes gets them to respond faster. Worth a try.

I booked a flat in 2018, possession promised in 2020. Abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm laughing to keep from crying.

Good point! UP RERA website is actually quite helpful. It gives you a fairly accurate timeline.
But even RERA timelines are often missed. Builders find ways to delay, unfortunately.
OC toh door ki baat, they don't even respond to emails properly! I'm facing similar issues with another builder in Sector 74. It's a Noida-wide problem, I think.
Hidden charges? What kind of hidden charges are you talking about? Stamp duty and registration toh normal hai, but anything else is sus.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Check RERA before investing. Sector 93A mein toh bahut cases pending hain.
RERA mein complaint file karo. That's the only way to get them to move their butts.
Haan, RERA is helpful, but it takes time. Months, even years. Be prepared for a long fight.

Totally agree yaar! Supertech is notorious for this. Mere dost ka bhi same haal hai. Possession ke liye chakkar kaat raha hai.
