Noida builder quality: The real picture after possession

Does anyone else feel like Noida ke builders ki construction quality sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hai? I just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 150, Godrej project, last month. Possession ke time sab smooth laga, but abhi walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur plumbing issues bhi. My friend in an ATS project in Sector 107 faced similar issues. Everyone glorifies these big names, but honestly, post-possession ka maintenance aur quality check kaun karta hai? Also, yeh high maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? ₹5000+ for a 2BHK is crazy, especially when half the building investors ki wajah se khaali hai. Lagta hai sirf paper pe achhe hain. Change my mind.
