Noida builder reputation matters more than project promises?

Sector 75 mein I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Thinking about a 3BHK, maybe even a villa agar budget permits. I'm confused between two builders: One is Ace, and the other is Godrej. Ace ka construction quality I've heard mixed reviews about, matlab, some say it's good, some say it's average. Godrej projects look good on paper, but are they worth the premium? I'm already paying an EMI so price jump matters. My main concern is on-time delivery and customer support after possession. Builder ka track record kya hai in terms of hidden charges at possession? And resale value after 5 years? Which builder is better if I'm planning to actually live there, not just invest? What does the community think? Ace or Godrej? Please share your experiences!
