posted on 29 MarNoida builder reviews? Confused after online research
**Supertech** projects mein delays toh common hai, right? Heard so many stories. But **ATS** seems expensive. Is it worth the extra cost, especially since I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits? Need a property manager bhi. Change my mind about Supertech, maybe?

I agree, ATS is better. My friend owns a flat in Supertech Emerald Court (the one with the demolition order) and he's still fighting for compensation.
Possession mila kya, OP? Agar nahi mila toh RERA complaint karo. It's your right.
Sector 150 is a good option for investment. Lots of greenery and new developments coming up.
So, what did you decide? Supertech or ATS? Or something else entirely?
Don't blindly trust online reviews. Visit the site yourself, if possible, or ask a trusted friend/relative to do it for you.
Which ATS project are you considering? Some are better than others. Also, what's your budget?
Supertech ka ek project mein toh builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is why I avoid them.
Be careful with Supertech. They have a history of diverting funds. Check their financials before investing.
ATS is definitely a safer bet. But do your due diligence regardless. Ask for all the approvals and clearances.
ATS is expensive but you get what you pay for. Consider it a long-term investment.
Rising property rates in Noida are crazy! Metro extension is also a factor. Makes you wonder if it's the right time to buy.
I bought a resale flat in Sector 75. Much better value for money than buying new, especially considering the delays.
ATS is worth it. Believe me. I bought in ATS Greens Village 3 years ago. Hassle-free experience.
Agreed. ATS ka construction quality aur maintenance is top-notch. Worth the extra investment in the long run.
Bhai, before deciding, check RERA registration and their track record on RERA website. Many builders make tall claims but fail to deliver.
Heard good things about Godrej Properties too. Sector 44 mein unka project hai. Maybe check that out as well.
Property manager is a good idea. Many reliable agencies are available in Noida. They can handle everything from tenant management to maintenance.
Supertech mein Grand Noida mein kya scene hai? Anyone has any update on possession status?
RERA me complaint daalo bhai. That's the only way to get some movement.
Grand Noida is a mess, yaar. My cousin booked a flat there 7 years ago, still no sign of possession. Avoid!
Supertech? Bhai, delays toh inka middle name hai. ATS is definitely premium, but peace of mind bhi toh important hai, especially if you're in Dubai. Property manager is a must, no doubt.
Totally agree with you! Supertech is a gamble. ATS offers better quality and timely possession.
Don't even think about Supertech if you're not on top of things. I had booked a flat in their project near Pari Chowk, still waiting for possession after 5 years!
