Noida builder track record: delivery vs. reality

Honestly, the on-time delivery track record of some Noida builders is questionable. I'm looking at a couple of projects, and I'm seeing mixed reviews. Like, Ajnara seems to promise a lot, but I've heard whispers about delays with their Ambrosia project. My parents keep saying 'check the fine print'. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with Ajnara's actual possession dates? Also, what about construction quality? Supertech's Emerald Court fiasco makes me nervous. I'm seeing some cheaper rates with them in Noida, but I'm worried about plaster cracks and seepage issues down the line. Am I the only one who feels this way? Is it worth paying more for a safer bet from someone like Godrej? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
