Sector 150 project delays are getting ridiculous. I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK yahan pe has been a nightmare. Booked with a big name builder (won't name and shame yet) for a flat near the FNG, promised possession in 3 years. Abhi 4 saal ho gaye hain, construction is barely 70% done. My EMI is running, and I'm paying rent too. Double burden! Builder ka customer support toh calls pick hi nahi karta. Just automated emails. Saara marketing hype, on-time delivery sab jhooth lag raha hai. Not sure if construction quality will be good either, they're rushing things now. Has anyone else faced this with builders like Gaursons or M3M in Noida Extension? Kya options hain, should I consider legal action ya wait it out?

Totally relate to this! I'm also looking in Sector 150, and the amount of marketing vs. actual progress is shocking. Builders promise the moon, but ground reality is something else. My parents keep telling me to be careful, aur ab toh darr lag raha hai.
Haan bhai, same experience. Gaursons ka project bhi kaafi delay chal raha hai mere ek friend ka. Sach mein, marketing fluff hi hai.
