Noida builders' hidden charges are a scam, change my mind.

Honestly, I thought I did my homework properly before buying a 3BHK in Noida Extension, but the hidden charges after possession hit me like a truck. Just moved in last month to my ATS project, and bhai, the final bill for registry and maintenance deposit was way more than what the sales guy quoted. They said 'all inclusive' but then there was this huge PLC adjustment and some 'infrastructure development' fee. Not sure if ye sab RERA compliant bhi hai. My budget was around ₹90L, and suddenly I had to shell out an extra ₹4-5L. It's like they wait till the last minute to spring these surprises. Anyone else faced this kind of shocker with other builders like Godrej or Mahagun? Kya ye common practice hai Noida mein?
