Noida builders hide true costs until signing

Sector 25 YEIDA — yaar, I'm seriously losing my mind trying to figure out the real cost here. KCC Contractors ka ek 3BHK dekha tha, ₹85L quote kiya. Sounds okay, right? But then they start adding PLC, parking, club membership, electricity connection charges, OC... it just keeps piling up. Initially, they said it's 'all-inclusive' for the base price but that's just a lie, matlab. Fir pata chala super area-carpet area ka bhi game hai, meri calculation toh bilkul out ho gayi. It's like they intentionally hide things till the last minute. Koi batao yeh all-in cost kaise nikalte hain pehle hi? Is there a standard percentage for these extra charges in Noida? Ya sab builder ka apna alag scene hai? Honestly, I'm so confused, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
