Found an interesting video discussing what *not* to buy in Noida real estate. It really got me thinking about builder credibility, especially with so many projects coming up for 2026. I'm worried about possession delays and construction quality. Kya kisi ko actual experience hai Noida ke builders ke saath? Like, past deliveries kaise rahi hain? Any builders to avoid ya jinpe trust kar sakte hain? Share your thoughts, please!

My experience with 'Skyline Developers' near Alpha II, Greater Noida was a nightmare. Booked in 2018, promised possession by 2021, but got it only in late 2023. And the quality? Don't even ask. Leaky pipes, shoddy finishes, and constant follow-ups needed. Always check their RERA history for *actual* delivered projects, not just ongoing ones. Some builders just keep launching new projects without finishing old ones.
Oh wow, Skyline Developers? I was actually looking at one of their new projects near Ajayab
Totally relate, bhai! I'm also eyeing a 2BHK in Noida Extension, and this 2026 deadline feels like a sword hanging over my head. My friend bought a flat in Greater Noida West and got possession 2 years late. This builder reputation thing is making me so anxious. How do we even verify?

Bhai, small-time builders se toh door hi raho. Bade players ki bhi guarantee nahi hai but at least unka office toh milega.
Haan yaar, this is the biggest headache for first-time buyers. I've heard so many horror stories about builders just changing layouts or increasing charges at the last minute. RERA has helped a bit, but still, the delays are rampant. We need real ground-level feedback.
