What's up with builders adding crazy charges right at possession? I work in real estate, but even I'm shocked. Gaurs or ATS projects mein PLC, EDC bolke last minute itna inflate karte hain. Godrej ka bhi yahi scene hai kya? Is it even RERA compliant ya bas loophole hai?
