Yaar, same doubt hai mujhe bhi. Noida mein builders ka record mixed hi raha hai. Maine Godrej ka ek project dekha tha Alpha I Greater Noida mein, location toh achi thi but possession dates pe bahar se sunte hain ki delays hote hain. Budget bhi tight hai, so risk nahi le sakte.
