Yaar, I'm looking at different builders in Noida. Has anyone experienced delays? Like, seriously delayed projects? Which one actually delivers on time, bhai? And what about hidden charges? Heard some builders pull that PLC, EDC game at possession. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the construction quality? Plaster cracks toh nahi aate? I need some real advice before I book. Is it worth the risk, or should I look elsewhere? Mujhe advice chahiye!

New metro line is coming up near Sector 71. That might impact property prices in the future. Keep that in mind.

Check the builder's financial health. If they're struggling, the project is likely to get delayed.
Yaar, rising property rates are also a concern. Delay hua toh you might end up paying more later.
I'm also looking in Noida. Thinking about investing in a ready-to-move-in property. At least you know what you're getting.

Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha ABC builder ke saath. Promised the moon, delivered a crater. Avoid them like the plague.

Sector 150 is relatively better in terms of on-time delivery compared to older sectors like 44 or 50. But prices are high.
