Noida builders: On-time delivery, sahi ya galat?

I'm looking at investing in Noida, yaar. Which builder actually delivers on time? I've heard mixed reviews. Has anyone experienced delays with Supertech recently? Their projects look good, but on-time delivery is key, right? Also, what about hidden charges with ATS? Heard kuch log are complaining. What's your take? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better for investors? Any thoughts?
