Noida Builders: Post-Possession Nightmares Nobody Warns You About

Six years of renting in Noida Extension and I'm finally done. Landlord raised rent *again*. EMI vs rent math finally made sense. Started looking seriously since January. Initially liked Ace Group, their marketing is top-notch but then spoke to residents in Ace City. Horror stories about maintenance charges. Like, seriously? Then considered Godrej Properties. Seemed safer. But carpet area vs super area? Huge difference! Is it worth the premium? Honestly not sure. Heard good things about resale value with them though. Anyone have experience with post-possession maintenance with Godrej? And what about hidden costs at possession time? Feeling lost tbh.
