Noida builders: Quality vs. Timelines?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida but I'm stuck deciding between a couple of builders. Which builder do you think offers better construction quality? Has anyone experienced significant delays with projects from either of them? What's your experience been like? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about their customer service post-possession? I've heard mixed reviews. Which one would you recommend for better ROI, considering both quality and timely delivery? Any advice is appreciated! Mujhe advice chahiye before making a decision. Thanks!
