Itna sab sunkar toh aur tension ho gayi. Ek taraf lagta hai Noida mein investment opportunity hai, dusri taraf builders ka yeh haal. Vyam Developers ke case mein toh bahut mixed reviews hain. Toh ab kya karein? Should we just avoid Vyam Developers completely ya negotiation try karein for the risk, considering prices are still decent near Jaypee Greens?
Exactly! Legal track record is crucial. RERA portal pe Vyam Developers ke kitne cases pending hain? Koi check kiya hai kya? Ya phir koi specific case number hai jo hum dekh sakein?
RERA data bhi pura transparent nahi hota. Builder ke log manage kar lete hain kabhi kabhi.
Maine check kiya tha kuch time pehle, around 15-20 complaints dikh rahi thi for various projects, not just Peridona. But detailed info milna mushkil hai. Most are related to possession delays and non-compliance.
I booked a flat with Vyam Developers near Ajayabpur two years ago. Promised possession was last year, but abhi tak site pe kaam bahut dheema hai. Noida market is already so volatile, aur upar se yeh builder ka attitude. Is anyone else facing delays with their projects, especially around Ajayabpur?
Yehi toh problem hai. Sirf RERA nahi, local lawyer se bhi consult karo jo builder ke past cases janta ho. Bahut help milti hai.
Haan yaar, same situation. Mera bhi Vyam ka project hai Alpha II mein, aur date pe date mil rahi hai. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol, ab toh hassi aati hai.

Yaar, Vyam Developers ka toh naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek friend ne inke project mein invest kiya tha Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Koi recent experience hai kya inke projects ke saath?
Bilkul, mera bhi similar experience. RERA complaint file ki thi, but uska process itna slow hai ki bas wait hi kar rahe hain. Lagta hai builders ko pata hai RERA se bhi time lagta hai, toh they take advantage. Yeh Peridona wala project bhi delay hone ke chances lag rahe hain agar inka past record dekha jaye.
Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Alpha I Greater Noida mein toh inka track record theek nahi hai. Bahut issues sune hain.
