Been renting for 7 years now, and the recent rent hike was the last straw. Finally taking the plunge, but Noida mein property lena is a headache. I'm looking at Rajesh Towers I and J R G Luxury Homes for investment. Site visits pe sab kuch perfect dikhta hai, but post-possession snag list ka darr lagta hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for actual quality? Yaar, main soch raha hoon ki under-construction projects mein kya kya dekhna chahiye to avoid future issues like seepage ya faulty fittings? Does parking allocation affect tenant interest or resale value much? Matlab, is it worth paying PLC for a better spot? I don't want future tenants complaining about parking ya maintenance. Koi experience share karo please.
