Been looking at properties in Noida Extension for about a year now. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is a different ball game. Alpha II ke paas ATS ke projects kaafi costly hain for 3BHK, mere budget se toh bahar hain. Delivery delays kaafi common hain for them too.
