Noida builders: who's reliable for an NRI?

What's the real scene with project delivery and quality for builders in Noida? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily, which makes ground reality reports super important. Sunn raha hoon ATS aur Godrej ka track record generally sahi hai, but construction quality mein kitna farak hai? Aur Gaursons ke projects ka kya haal hai, especially Sector 150 mein? Delays bahut hote hain kya? Investing in a 2BHK around ₹90L, so can't afford hidden surprises. Aapka experience kya bolta hai?

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi ₹90L ke budget mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon Noida mein. NRI ho toh aur bhi tough hai, I can imagine. Gaursons 150 mein projects toh dikhte hain, but delays kaafi sunne mein aaye hain. ATS aur Godrej ka reputation better hai, but price point mein difference feel hota hai. Kya 90L mein Godrej ka 2BHK milega?
