Noida developer held for ₹165 cr bank fraud: EOW

Guys, how do we really know where our money is going when we book a flat? Yeh sawaal mere dimaag mein hamesha rehta hai. Just heard Anil Mithas of Unnati Fortune Group in Noida has been arrested. EOW ne pakda hai for allegedly diverting ₹165 crore of bank loans. Apparently, yeh funds Aranya aur Alder Grove/Uniworld Resorts jaise projects ke liye the, but they went elsewhere. Seedha seedha fraud hai. This is a serious alert for anyone who has invested in or is planning to invest in Unnati Fortune projects. Please be extra cautious and do your due diligence.
