Noida developer held for ₹165 cr bank fraud: EOW

Unnati Fortune Group, known for projects like Aranya and Alder Grove/Uniworld Resorts, is under scrutiny. The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has arrested a developer from UFHL for allegedly diverting a massive ₹165 crore in bank loans meant for real estate projects. Apparently, the money was siphoned off to shell companies, leaving projects stalled.
