Noida Expressway buyers: What did you miss?
My possession was in March for a flat near Sector 156. Honestly, things nobody told me about living near the Noida Expressway are popping up. It's great, but are there any hidden risks or red flags you guys noticed *before* buying here? I'm talking about stuff that isn't obvious until you're actually living it.

Bhai, you're not alone! Sector 156 ke paas toh main bhi dekh raha tha, but finally booked near Sector 150. The biggest thing nobody tells you is the dust and construction noise, especially if your society is new or surrounded by ongoing projects. It's relentless, subah se shaam tak.
Totally agree with the dust! Mera toh allergy badh gaya hai. Plus, the commute on the Expressway during peak hours is getting worse.
