Noida Expressway flat prices just too high now?
After selling our big house, is it just me or Noida Expressway flats have become ridiculously expensive for a 2BHK? Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable, low maintenance, maybe in Sector 151. But the prices, especially for decent societies, seem so high now compared to a couple of years back. I'm honestly not sure if it's worth buying now or if I should wait a bit more. Felt like prices have just shot up without much reason. Has anyone else felt this pinch trying to buy in Noida Extension?

Haan bhai, same pinch! Sector 151 mein prices have gone crazy. It's like they're selling gold, not property. My budget for a 2BHK is looking more like a 1BHK now.
Totally agree. I was looking at Godrej Nest and Ace Golfshire, the rates are easily 9k+ per sqft. 2 saal pehle it was so much more affordable for a 2BHK, ab toh sochna pad raha hai.
