Is the Noida Expressway corridor actually a good long-term investment, or just marketing hype? I'm based in Dubai and seeing all the buzz around Sector 142, but honestly, the ground reality for someone who can't do site inspections feels shaky. Everyone talks about connectivity, but nobody mentions the actual daily commute stress or how much of it is still under development. Is it really easy to manage rentals from abroad there? I'm worried about property managers actually being reliable and the legal mess if things go south.
