Absolutely! Metro ne toh game hi change kar diya hai. I heard Sector 150 and even further down towards Alpha I Greater Noida have seen a massive jump. Developers are quoting crazy prices. But is it sustainable in the long run for us budget buyers?
Bhai, prices toh sky-high ho gaye hain. Lagta hai ab hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye kuch bacha hi nahi hai. Metro se convenience badhi hai par affordability ka kya?
