Since January I've been shortlisting flats and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent fir badha diya. Everyone glorifies Noida Expressway connectivity and future potential but yaar, has anyone actually lived there? Specifically near Sector 95. Brochures show amazing green spaces, but the dust from construction is insane. Commute ka kya scene hai? Sham ko toh lagta hai poora jam rehta hai, right? I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹78L, but not sure if it's worth the daily grind. Matlab, is it really that good ya sirf hype hai? It feels like people ignore the ground reality. Change my mind.

Exactly what I've been thinking! ₹78L for a 2BHK near Sector 95 sounds steep given the current state. Dust toh itna hai ki saans lena mushkil ho jata hai. Commute ka toh poora din nikal jata hai, especially if you work towards Delhi side. I'm also a first-time buyer and this budget is making me rethink everything.
