₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at Vihaan Krystal Heights – I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. They promise so much. Seen many projects where the children's play area is just a checkbox, not safe. Clubhouse bhi bas naam ka hota hai. Maintenance charges toh high hain, par service quality kaisi rehti hai? Kisi ne actual experience kiya hai promised amenities vs delivered reality ka?

Mera ek friend bhi dekh raha tha, same builder ka koi aur project, wahan bhi amenities ke naam pe sirf promises the. Yeh ₹78 lakh ka 2BHK Noida Extension mein, isn't that too much?
