Dekho bhai, negotiation har builder ke saath possible hai, but kitna, woh project aur inventory pe depend karta hai. Arrow Realtors ke saath toh thoda tough hai. Best hai ki agreement to sale mein saare charges likhwa lo, including IFMS, power backup, parking. Koi bhi charge jo mention nahi hai, uske liye mana kar sakte ho. Legal opinion lena bhi accha rehta hai, doesn't cost much but saves a lot of headache.
Noida Extension mein abhi market conditions kaisi hain? Kya builders discount de rahe hain ya prices badh gaye hain after all the infra development? Negotiation ka scope kitna hai realistically?

Builder ne bola tha sab clear hai, but possession ke time electricity meter connection charges, club membership, maintenance advance aise 2-3 lakh extra maang liye. Exactly! Yeh maintenance advance aur club membership toh bahar se chote lagte hain, but total mein bahut add ho jaate hain. Aur kya kya charges ho sakte hain apart from these? Kya RERA mein iska koi provision nahi hai ki builder saare charges pehle hi bataye?
Uff, 2-3 lakh extra? Yeh toh loot hai! Mera budget already tight hai, aise mein toh aur problem ho jayegi. Sunke hi darr lag raha hai.
