Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Fed up of paying rent in Sector 78, Noida. Noida Extension mein 2BHK ya 3BHK dekh raha hu, budget around ₹80L. OMR Proptech pe kaafi projects dekhe hain, Jaypee Tiara Tower type mein interest hai. Mera biggest worry builder-buyer agreement ke red clauses hain, yaar. Suna hai they mostly favour the builder. Agar OC delay ho jaye toh kya options hote hain, possession le sakte hain kya? RERA complaints kitni effective hain real mein? Koi experience share karo please.

Bhai, exactly mera bhi same haal hai! 8 months se kam nahi hua. Yeh builder agreement ke clauses dekh ke toh darr lagta hai. Especially OC delay wala point, they keep all the power. OMR Proptech ke projects dekh raha hu main bhi, achhe location pe hain but reviews mixed hain. RERA ka sunke lagta hai process bahut slow hai, kya sach mein help milti hai?
