Is the green space shown in brochures for Noida Extension projects actually usable, or is it mostly concrete? I'm looking at APS Royal Homes. Does actual landscaping affect rental yields or resale value significantly? Also, what's the real construction quality like after a year? Do minor issues like seepage or cracks impact tenant attraction or maintenance costs a lot? My parents keep saying to check for these things, but I'm honestly not sure what to look for beyond the flashy amenities. Any insights on long-term implications?
