Noida Ext infra promises: Are they really on track?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 112, Noida Extension. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore; looking for a manageable 2 or 3 BHK. Saw some decent projects around ₹1.2 Cr, but honestly not sure about the connectivity. We're thinking about the long-term value, especially with Jewar Airport and the Aqua Line extension towards Noida Extension. Is the metro extension really on track? Or will it be like other projects with endless delays? How much will the Eastern Peripheral Expressway help daily commute from Sector 112? We need reliable hospital access. Should we consider something closer to Pari Chowk instead, even if it's pricier? Just wondering which areas will actually benefit most from these infra projects, timeline-wise.
