Gold The Royal 107 sounds fancy, but ₹90 L for just 6 units? And maintenance charges high? Investor's take ya first-time buyer ka budget bigaadne ka plan? Amenities ka kya faayda agar ROI hi na mile. Mera toh budget 80L tak hi hai, socha Noida Ext mein kuch mil jaayega.
