Noida Ext maintenance: Is it just a money pit?

Is anyone else feeling ripped off by maintenance charges in Noida Extension? I'm looking at Highflown Golden City for investment, and the quoted maintenance seems really high. But then I hear stories about poor service, like security systems not working or power backup being only for common areas. How does this affect resale value later? I don't want to buy into something where tenants will constantly complain. Are these premium charges actually justified by the service quality? Honestly, it's making me rethink.
