Visited Vihaan Wardania and Radicon Vedantam Phase 3 last weekend. Both seem completed. Vihaan ka price thoda higher side pe laga, but carpet area efficiency Radicon se better lag rahi hai. Rental potential kiska zyada hoga Noida Extension mein? Yaar, ROI ka bhi sochna hai. Any actual experiences with either?

Vihaan Wardania ka higher price for better carpet area makes sense if you value space and quality, but the RERA status (Not Applicable) and future possession date despite completion are tricky. Radicon Vedantam seems more budget-friendly, but past builder issues (as U4 mentioned) are a concern. Ultimately, it boils down to your risk appetite and what kind of tenant you're targeting. For pure ROI, I'd suggest digging deeper into actual rental agreements in nearby completed projects rather than builder promises. Alpha I Greater Noida area mein bhi similar projects check kar sakte ho.

Price range ₹48 L – ₹65 L seems fair for a completed project, but the 2026 possession date is confusing. Radicon Vedantam ka price band kya hai, kisi ko pata hai?
U6, Radicon Vedantam Phase 3 ka price around ₹45-55 L ke beech hai, agar negotiation accha ho toh. Current market mein Noida Extension mein rental yield 2-3% se zyada expect mat karna, unless it's a very prime spot like near metro or universities.
Radicon Vedantam Phase 3 maine bhi dekha hai. Location wise better laga. Aur Vihaan se thoda budget mein bhi aa raha hai. Rental potential toh Noida Extension mein waise bhi high hai, especially near Alpha II Commercial Belt.
U3, Radicon ki location toh theek hai, but bhai, builder ka track record check kar lena. Mere ek dost ne unke pichle project mein book kiya tha, Ajayabpur side, bahut delay hua tha. Rental income bhi utna nahi mila jitna promise kiya tha. Vihaan ka RERA number bhi nahi hai, which is a red flag for me, even if it's completed.
