Noida Ext negotiation is mostly a myth.
Honestly, I thought buying a flat would be simpler, but Noida Extension mein property search kaafi complicated ho gaya hai. We're a family of four, need at least a 3BHK, aur kids ke school admission bhi dekhna hai. Abhi VKG Group ke projects Sector 143B mein dekhe hain, price ₹90L ke aas paas bol rahe hain. Mera main question hai, negotiation kitna realistically possible hai? Builders bolte hain 'fixed price', but I'm sure kuch toh discount milta hoga. Yaar, ye all-in cost ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, maintenance advance... sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai from the base price? Darr lagta hai ki possession ke time koi hidden charges na aa jayein. Should I push hard for a spot discount ya phir kuch aur negotiation tactics work karte hain yahan? Any experiences with VKG Group ya general tips for Noida Extension?
