Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension, especially Supertech Aadri. Okay, I'll say what no one says: most builders just tick off the 'children's play area' box. It's usually a sad concrete patch, not a safe, usable space. And the general construction quality? Walls seem so fragile, not sure kitne saal tikega. Change my mind.

Same story across Noida Extension, not just Aadri. My friend bought in a different Supertech project near Alpha 1 Greater Noida, possession delayed by years. Phir jab mila, quality was sub-par, seepage issues within a year. Be very careful with these builders. The 'completed' status is reassuring, but check the actual build.

Bhai, Supertech Aadri toh 2018 mein hi deliver ho gaya tha. Us time ke hisaab se theek hi tha. Ab kya expect kar rahe ho? Prices bhi toh dekho, ₹83 L – ₹1.4 Cr for a completed project is decent for Noida Extension. It's not a luxury segment project.
Price decent hai, I agree. But agar construction quality hi kharab hai, toh kya faayda? Long-term mein maintenance bhi toh lagega, aur repairs ka kharcha alag. Walls fragile lag rahi hain, as U1 mentioned, that's a genuine concern. Kya matlab ki 2018 ka project hai toh compromise karein?
Totally agree with U1! Supertech Aadri hum bhi dekhne gaye the, laga bas naam ke liye garden hai. Concrete hi concrete. Budget mein toh yahi sab mil raha hai, kya karein? Bohat nervous ho jaate hain hum log.
Haan na, budget mein toh option hi kam hain, especially for first-time buyers like us. Hum bhi yahi soch rahe the ki compromise karna padega. Noida Ext mein aur kaunsa project dekha aapne jo better laga for kids' amenities?

Totally resonate with this, U1. Noida Extension mein yahi haal hai. Builders promise a lot on paper but in reality, it's just basic amenities. Considering current market conditions, one would expect better quality for the price range of ₹83 L – ₹1.4 Cr. Is Supertech ka track record generally okay hai for other projects, ya Aadri mein hi aisa hai?
