Noida Ext possession: did I miss hidden cost warnings?

Got possession of my Mahagun flat in Noida Extension last month. Overall experience was decent, but yaar, the hidden charges during registry were a shock. So many extra costs jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hui. Did I miss something? Kya other builders like ATS or Godrej Properties bhi aise hi karte hain? Feeling like I should've asked more questions.
