Noida Ext rent hikes are completely out of control and won't last.

I just moved into Goyal Colony, paying almost 30% more than what friends paid last year for a similar 2BHK. Landlords feel these new rates are justified. But will this rent increase really sustain? Or will it stabilize/drop soon? What's your experience, especially for new tenants?

Yaar, totally feeling this! Noida Extension mein toh kuch zyada hi ho gaya hai. Main bhi 2BHK dekh raha tha, aur rates sunke toh hosh ud gaye. Last year mere colleague ne same society mein 18k diya tha, ab 25k bol rahe hain. Kaise manage hoga itna?

Haan, Alistonia mein bhi yahi haal hai. Builders ne possession delay kiya, ab rent badha diye. Par kya yeh rent hike justified hai jab builder ne itna late kiya?

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Mere saath bhi same hua Alistonia Estate mein. 20% hike easily.
