Is it just me, or do under-construction site visits for projects like Shivi Paradise Green Villa 2 actually show the real construction quality? I'm fed up of renting, finally looking to invest in Noida Extension. Builder brochures sab achha dikhate hain, but site pe jaake kya dekhna chahiye for future maintenance ya resale value? Kya minor cracks ya finish issues abhi se red flag hain? Ya yeh sab normal hai? Experienced investors, please share your insights.

Totally agree with the post! I visited Shivi Paradise Green Villa 2 last week and saw some uneven plasterwork and a few minor cracks already. Is this normal for an under-construction site, ya future mein problem dega? First time buyer hoon, bahut nervous ho raha hoon, especially for a property in the ₹90 L – ₹1.1 Cr range.
