Noida Ext upgrade: My initial thoughts on APS Royal & NS Prime View
Okay, I'll be honest — upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 78 is proving tougher than I thought. I'm looking at APS Royal Homes and NS Prime View Extension for a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Both seem decent on paper but I need real-world opinions. What's the metro connectivity like from these two for daily commute to Sector 62? Is it too much of a hassle? Also, builder ka trust factor kaisa hai? Have they delivered on time before, ya delays common hain? And finally, rental potential kiska better hai? Which one would attract more tenants if I ever decide to rent it out? Already have a home loan so wanna make a smart move.

Hey, I'm in the same boat! Also looking at Noida Ext for a 3BHK upgrade. APS Royal Homes ka price range toh theek lag raha hai, but metro connectivity to Sector 62 is my biggest worry too. NS Prime View ke baare mein zyada nahi pata, but have heard mixed reviews about builders in that belt. Any idea about their RERA status?
