Honestly, buying my own flat feels way different than selling one. I'm looking at Wegmans Signature Tower and other Noida Extension projects. What are the key things to check during site visits for under-construction quality? Matlab, basic structure, material quality ka idea kaise lagaye? Builders ki marketing toh sab same lagti hai.
