Noida Ext: What's the actual construction quality like?

Okay I'll be honest — finding a good builder for our next home is way tougher than I thought. We need a 3BHK in Noida Extension, safe for the kids and near decent schools. I'm looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons projects. What's the real construction quality like post-possession? Any issues with plaster or seepage? Also, did any of you face crazy hidden charges like unexpected PLC or maintenance deposits at handover? Just want to avoid surprises. What's the word-of-mouth on their resident communities?
