Noida Extension 2026 prices: buying at a peak?

My current 2BHK in Sector 137 is feeling small now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. Dekh raha hoon prices kafi badh gaye hain, especially in sectors like 150 and projects by Godrej or ATS. Is this current price rise sustainable till 2026, ya correction aayega? I'm worried about buying at a peak. Chamrawali Bodaki jaise areas mein kya lagta hai, investment safe hai ya overpriced ho gaya hai? What's the community's take on 2026 price movements?
