Noida Extension 3BHK: real quality after moving in?
Since Diwali, we're seriously looking at 3BHKs in Noida Extension for our kids. Projects like Supertech Cape Town look good on paper, but I'm really worried about the actual construction quality and if the promised amenities really get delivered. After possession, does everything hold up? And maintenance charges ke against service kitni achhi milti hai? Any honest experiences with long-term living there?

Haan, U8, I agree. Builders ke track record se ek pre-conceived notion ban jaata hai. But current market conditions mein, Noida Extension still offers comparatively better value than say, parts of Alpha-II Commercial Belt. My cousin is a broker, and he says Cape Town is okay for resale, but new buyers should do deep due diligence. Units are 5266, so it's a mini-city. Maintenance is a big factor here.
Exactly, U9. Value for money is key. But agar quality hi nahi hai toh kya fayda? Main toh soch raha hoon, agar 2017 se log reh rahe hain, toh unko toh pata hoga na. Kya society mein koi WhatsApp group hai jahan se real feedback mil sake?

Dekho, Supertech Cape Town ka possession 2017 mein ho chuka hai. Toh abhi tak toh long-term residents ka feedback aa hi gaya hoga. Main toh yahi kahunga ki existing residents se directly baat karo. RERA number UPRERAPRJ5017 hai, toh at least registered project hai. But quality? That's the real test.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Supertech Cape Town ka brochure toh ekdum grand lagta hai, but sabko pata hai ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially construction quality, that's my biggest fear. Kya pata andar se sab khokla ho? Kids ke future ka sawaal hai yaar, budget bhi tight hai.

But later, maintenance charges badhte gaye aur service deteriorate hoti gayi. Supertech ka track record thoda mixed hai, especially with project delays and quality concerns in some places.
Same here U1! Budget ki toh baat hi mat karo. Maine suna hai Noida Extension mein aise bahut cases hain jahan amenities sirf paper pe reh jaati hain. Swimming pool, gym, club house, after a year, sab maintenance issue ban jaata hai. Cape Town mein bhi aisa ho sakta hai kya?
