Budget finalized, loan pre-approved for a 3BHK in Noida Extension. My current 2BHK feels small now. I'm looking at places near Sector 150. Builder ka track record kaise verify karte hain properly? Hawelia Group ke projects dekh raha tha, but RERA compliance pe thoda doubt hai. Kya RERA delays ke liye effective hai?
