But yaar, when you start adding everything – stamp duty, registration, PLC for a good view, parking charge – the 'all-in' cost shoots up like crazy. Builder bol raha pre-launch offer hai, but I'm not sure if that's genuinely a discount or just marketing hype. I've seen this pattern before, later stage pe bhi spot discounts mil jaate hain.
