Noida Extension amenities are mostly a marketing scam — change my mind.

Why do builders even bother listing amenities they won't deliver? I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Noida Extension. Looking at ATS Pious Hideaways, but yaar, brochure mein jo dikhate hain woh toh dream lagta hai. Is the clubhouse actually usable? Or just a showpiece that's always empty, like a ghost facility? Green areas bhi sirf photos mein achhe lagte hain kya? Seems like sab marketing hype hai. Change my mind.
