My landlord just hiked rent 10% again — fed up of renting, seriously looking to buy in Noida Extension now. Migsun Green Mansion dekh raha tha, renders mein sab kuch world-class lagta hai. But real mein delivery kaisi hoti hai? Promised amenities jaise clubhouse, gym, pool... are they actually functional and well-maintained post-possession? Ya bas show-off ke liye hote hain, affecting tenant attraction and resale value later? Also, high maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Builders charge a lot, but is the actual service quality good? Does it justify the cost, considering long-term ROI? What's your experience with such projects?
